Call to Freedom

Support us

There is a place in this for whatever you have. An hour, a skill, a check, a prayer.

Thank you for your interest in Call to Freedom. Your contribution of funds, time, or items makes a life-changing difference in the life of someone impacted by human trafficking. You do not have to be an expert to be useful here. You have to be willing.

Ways in

Ordered by what each one asks of you.

Start anywhere. The first three cost nothing but attention, and they are the ones that put more eyes on this in the places we cannot reach.

  • Starts today

    Pray with us

Call to Freedom would not be able to accomplish our mission without the strength and support of God's love. Prayer warriors are key to combating human trafficking. Prayer requests always include protection for our clients and protection for our staff.

  • An afternoon

    Learn what this looks like

Educate yourself on what human trafficking looks like in your community. Identification is where every rescue begins, and almost nobody is looking.

    Read the warning signs
  • A conversation

    Tell someone else

Share a diverse range of survivor experiences to broaden awareness about the many facets of trafficking. Learn about prevention strategies including social media safety, reducing demand, and identifying warning signs, and pass them on.

  • One session

Bring a training to your workplace

Call to Freedom offers monthly trainings tailored to specific community sectors and how you might see trafficking in your own sphere. A trained room sees what an untrained room walks past.

  • Ongoing

    Give monthly

Recovery is measured in years, not weeks. Monthly partners are what let our team commit to someone before we know how the year ends.

  • One year

    Volunteer

Transportation teams, event support, donation sorting, and administrative help. We ask for a one-year commitment to ensure the continuity of the program, but we are flexible and understand volunteers have unique travel patterns and schedules.

  • A career

    Come and work here

Case managers, advocates, and support staff. This is hard work and good work, and our staff bring decades of experience combatting violence and providing community-based services.

Will you join the call?

Seven things, in Call to Freedom's own words.

The first three are prayer. They come first on their list, and they come first here.

  1. Pray for organizations and those working in this every single day.
  2. Pray for buyers, that their hearts and minds be opened to truth.
  3. Pray for survivors. That they find rescue, however that may be. That they find healing, restoration, and peace.
  4. Educate yourself on what human trafficking looks like in your community.
  5. Learn about local organizations engaged in the fight against trafficking and find ways to get involved in their efforts.
  6. Share a diverse range of survivor experiences to broaden awareness about the many facets of trafficking.
  7. Learn about prevention strategies including social media safety, reducing demand, and identifying warning signs.

Volunteering

How it works, start to finish.

The first step is to fill out a volunteer application. After submitting an application, staff will contact you to schedule an interview, discuss volunteering, and answer any questions.

Volunteers are placed based on experience, skill set, and availability. Some are placed quickly because of an open need; others go on a waiting list for the role they want. Positions involving direct client contact require additional training with our staff first.

We are happy to work with your schedule to find a volunteer project that is right for you.
